OFFICIAL NOTICE

In date May 22, 2003, the representatives of the physical and legal persons who have put to disposition of Holos Holding S.A. 12,500 billions of US Dollars, 11,452 of which – pars to 49,649 billions of international Dollars (PPP) – destined to Holos Global System’s Program, have established the following agenda:

1) Within June 2003, starter of Holos Global System’s Program in 178 of the 234 Countries to which was proposed;

2) Within July 2003:

- Ulterior issue of 60 billions of Dhana, guaranteed by companies of 234 Countries, with a total capital of 1,500 billions of Euro (in adding to the 6 billions of Dhana issued on June 14, 2001 and to the 34 billions of Dhana issued on June 3, 2002, guaranteed by a total capital of 1,000 billions of Euro);

- Proposal to Dhura for a special issue with the denomination of 1,000 Dhana to assign exclusively to humanitarian initiatives;

3) Within August 2003, acceleration of the process of completion of the diffusion of the 100 billions of Dhana already issued, with assignment of 100 Dhana to one billion people;

4) Within September 2003, definition of the structure of promotion of the Republic of the Earth;

5) Within November 2003, completion of the Kayamara Plan (the thirtieth Plan of Holos Global System) for the research on the cells.
