AVARARDHA Premessa – La City di Londra è il centro mondiale delle operazioni speculative. Le risorse derivano da qualsiasi fonte da ogni paese. Sono in funzione computer quantici con i quali chi controlla il denaro riesce a compiere operazioni di borsa ad alta frequenza (i cosiddetti Hight Frequency Trading) investendo il 10% dei capitali necessari ad acquistare al minor prezzo ed a vendere al maggior prezzo. Con questo sistema, perdere è improbabile. Tuttavia, una massa di soggetti si affida ad agenti privi di scrupoli che assai spesso dichiarano perdite inesistenti ed assorbono i capitali di ignari investitori. Avarardha – Per eliminare il rischio di perdite inesistenti, con il sistema «Avarardha» la società Alfa riceve un finanziamento per un anno interamente garantito da fideiussione della società Beta e lo impiega in operazioni HFT (High Frequency Trading) per conto di un Investitore, persona fisica o giuridica, che in assoluto anonimato versa a Beta un premio una tantum pari al tre per cento del finanziamento e sempre in assoluto anonimato riceve o fa versare a persona da nominare un alto rendimento finale al rischio massimo di perdere il premio versato a Beta. Sia il premio sia il rendimento possono essere in qualsiasi valuta indicata da chi versa il premio. Spiegazione – La società Alfa è un Agente HFT della City di Londra che usa un software appositamente creato per gestire il sistema Avarardha con gli opportuni algoritmi. I Finanziatori sono due banche, una di Londra ed una di Macao. Fideiussore è una società con un capitale sociale sufficiente a garantire al 100% fino a 400 miliardi di dollari. Investitore può essere chiunque. Per fare un esempio, l'Investitore paga al Fideiussore un premio di 3.000 dollari; il Fideiussore garantisce un finanziamento di 100.000 dollari prestati da una delle due banche; l'Agente HFT compie le operazioni di HFT su Londra per un anno; il rendimento viene erogato ad un conto cifrato aperto dall'Investitore il quale, ovviamente, resta anonimo finché non sposta il denaro su un suo conto nominativo. Tutto qui. L'investitore rischia al massimo il premio del 3% del capitale impiegato nelle operazioni HFT, con la previsione di un elevatissimo rendimento.
