Each participant who's application has been accepted receives an open-ended written task which establishes:

  • which plan he/she participates to (the initiative she/he deals with)

  • the functions he/she will have to carry out

  • the responsibilities she/he undertakes

  • the tasks he/she will have to accomplish

  • the objectives she/he will have to achieve

  • the remuneration:

    • fixed salary, proportioned to the responsibilities and functions

    • variable salary, proportioned to the results achieved individually

    • share due to participating to the results obtained by the body that has conferred the task

  • functional, organisational and behavioural rules to be followed in carrying out the activity;

  • the referents in the organisational structure.
